Our guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Prepit offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a refund.
How to request a refund
Email us at deena@ddmorielli.com from the email address associated with your order, and include your order number (shown on your receipt). We will confirm and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring membership, you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops upcoming charges; the 30-day guarantee applies to your most recent charge.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase may not be eligible. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of this policy.
